These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LandRise, including the LandRise mobile application, website and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. LandRise may use reasonable account, device, location and security controls to protect the Services from fraud, abuse and unfair play.

2. Virtual parcels and game items

Virtual parcels, Land Coins (LC), Virtual Coins (VC), boosts, postcards, rewards, upgrades and other in-game items are digital game features only. They do not give you ownership, title, possession, access rights or any legal interest in corresponding real-world land.

Game balances, earning rates, rarity values, rewards, conversion rates, limits and gameplay mechanics may be changed, rebalanced, suspended or removed when reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve LandRise.

3. Location-based gameplay

Some LandRise features use device location. You must not falsify, spoof or manipulate location information, interfere with location checks or use tools designed to obtain an unfair gameplay advantage.

Always use LandRise safely and obey local laws. Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, drive while interacting with the game, or put yourself or others at risk to access a virtual location.

4. Acceptable use

You must not exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, interfere with servers, attempt unauthorised access, commit fraud, harass other users, manipulate advertisements or rewards, or use LandRise for unlawful activity.

5. Advertising and rewards

LandRise may offer optional rewarded advertising, promotions and limited-time activities. Availability and rewards may vary. Fraudulent or manipulated ad activity may result in rewards being reversed and accounts being restricted.

6. Purchases, redemptions and withdrawals

Any purchase, conversion, redemption or withdrawal feature offered by LandRise is subject to the rules, limits, eligibility requirements and verification steps shown in the Services at that time. Virtual balances are not bank deposits, savings accounts or investments.

7. Suspension and termination

LandRise may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached, the Services are being abused, security is at risk, or action is required by law.

8. Availability and changes

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. LandRise does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular earning amount, permanent access to a feature or that every error will be corrected immediately.

9. Intellectual property

LandRise branding, software, artwork, interfaces and original content are owned by or licensed to LandRise and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as LandRise develops. The current version will be posted on this website with its latest update date.
